Wicked Jester is temporarily shutting down

Hi everyone. It’s been an incredible ride with you. We’ve thrown massive play parties, hosted dozens of events, munches, socials, and built a wonderful and beautiful community in Seattle.

We’ve hit the limit of what we’re able to accomplish with this version of the business and we’re putting a pause on operations to give us time to regroup and come back with Version 2. We know that for a lot of people, Wicked Jester was a safe haven. It was for us too. We love you so much and thank you for supporting us through many months of incredible events and incredible community.

We understand that there are many questions and speculations happening right now and we will answer these in due course as we are able. Right now, we’re focused on addressing the most immediate concerns with pausing operations and doing right by the folks who supported us.

What about the events?

All upcoming events are canceled until we come back with the next version of Wicked Jester.

What does this mean for ticket purchasers?

Everyone who purchased a ticket for a future Wicked Jester event will be refunded less Eventbrite Fees (per their ticket fee policy). All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of today (March 5, 2024). Please be patient with us as we close the business, sort our finances, and do our best to make the community whole.

Clarification for previous ticket credits

If you are the current holder of an unused "ticket credit" such as one from a cancelled event, your ticket will be honored and refunded. Email us at concierge@jesterpresents.com using your attendee email and we will process your refund as soon as we are able.
